Shipping Information

We ship via Priority Mail which usually arrives in 2-3 days. Orders ship the same day or next day but shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday only because we do not want live Phoenix Worms to get stuck somewhere over the weekend. Note: Orders that arrive later than 11 AM EST on Wednesday will not ship until the following Monday so please order early in the week. No expedited or overnight shipping options are available.

Please check your weather forecast before placing your order. If temperatures are forecast to be extremely hot or cold in your city on your expected day of delivery, please select HOLD AT POST OFFICE FOR PICKUP when you checkout. Do not wait to receive a notice from the post office, just check tracking online and you'll know when your package has arrived for pickup. See LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE for more specific information.

After your order is accepted online, you will instantly receive a confirmation and invoice number via email. Please review this confirmation and notify us immediately if the ship to address is not correct. Also, be sure to place your order using an email address that you routinely monitor because we will send all correspondence to that address. If you do not receive an email confirmation, this means that your order was not sent to us so please place a new order. When we prepare your shipping label, you will receive another email with your USPS Package ID number as well as a hot link so you can track your delivery online. Note: The post office does a very good job of delivering most packages on time. However, sometimes a package will take longer than expected to arrive. We cannot control USPS routing, guarantee a specific delivery day, or ensure that any special customer request (e.g., "place package on porch in shade") will be followed by the mail carrier.

We ship throughout the continental USA including Alaska but we CANNOT ship to Hawaii due to USDA restrictions. Although we cannot ship directly to customers in Canada, we have Canadian distributors who can provide fresh Phoenix Worms.
